All Gigaclear packages come without home phone as standard. You can add home phone as an additional service during the checkout process.

Gigaclear home phone runs on VoIP (Voice Over Internet Protocol) technology, which means your calls travel over your full fibre connection instead of an old copper line. You can keep your existing number, and call quality is crisp and clear.

Once you've placed your order, how quickly you're connected depends on whether your property needs an engineer visit. If it does, you'll choose a convenient installation date during checkout, or if you're not ready to pick a date straight away, you can book it later via a follow-up email you'll receive the day after ordering. Dates are typically available within around three weeks.

The engineer handles everything on the day: running the fibre, setting up your eero router, and positioning your WiFi for the best coverage in your home. If your property is already connected to our network, you'll be up and running within 7 days using our simple self-install guide.

Gigaclear's full fibre broadband packages are available on an 18-month minimum term contract. This applies across all package tiers – Superfast, Ultrafast and Hyperfast.
