No, not for 3 years. Your price of £28 a month is fixed for 36 months from your activation date, as long as you stay on Orion Complete 200. Home Phone Anytime Plus and eero Secure are included at no extra cost for the same 36 months.

After that, prices may increase and standard charges may apply for Anytime Plus and eero Secure. If you move to a different package, the price commitment and included extras may end.

The minimum term is 18 months. After that you're free to leave, or you can stay and keep paying £28 a month until your 3-year price guarantee ends.

If you leave before the end of the minimum term you may have to pay early termination charges. These are set out in our Terms and Conditions.

Yes. We'll arrange for your number to move to us, and keep you informed of your number transfer from your current provider to Gigaclear, which takes up to 14 calendar days.

Important: please don't cancel your current phone service until we've told you your number has moved. If you cancel first, you could lose your number.

Not to move your number, because we do that for you. Don't cancel your phone and broadband service with them until we tell you your number has moved to us.

No. Our Home Phone works over your broadband, and the cordless handsets need mains power. So the phone won't work in a power cut, or if your broadband is down. If that happens, you'll need a mobile phone to call 999 or anyone else.

We can't currently offer a battery back-up for this package that would keep your phone working.

If you don't have a mobile with a reliable signal at home, or you or someone in your home relies on the landline, this package isn't the right one for you. Call us on 0370 8630 121 and we'll talk you through our standard broadband packages.

When you call, we'll ask a few quick questions to check. It's right for you if all of these are true:

• You have a mobile phone you could use to call 999.

• It gets a good signal inside your home, not just on WiFi.

• Nobody in your home uses a telecare or monitoring service that relies on the phone line or broadband, such as a pendant alarm or fall detector.

• The landline isn't the main way anyone in your home calls for help.

If any of these isn't true, or you're not sure, this package isn't the right fit. We'll gladly talk you through other options.

You get a Motorola CD5013 set with three cordless handsets, designed to be easy to see, hear and use:

• An answer machine with up to 30 minutes of messages

Yes. The set works with other GAP-compatible cordless handsets, which you can buy yourself from most electrical retailers.

Let us know and we'll send you a replacement, then arrange to collect the faulty one.

Call us on 0370 8630 121. Our lines are open 9am to 7:30pm on weekdays. We'll check your address, answer your questions and ask a few quick questions to make sure this package is right for you. If you're happy, we'll arrange an installation day with you, then we take care of the rest. There's no pressure to decide on the call.

This package is for new Gigaclear customers. If you're already with us, call us and we'll talk through your options.

We'll send your phone set before your install, so please keep it to hand. Our engineer will set up your router, connect your Home Phone and set up the handsets we provide. They'll make a test call with you, and show you how to make and answer a call before they leave.

You'll need a smartphone so that the engineer can help you set up your broadband using the eero app, and so that you can use the security features if you wish to.

It only takes a couple of minutes to download the eero app and create an eero account if you need one, and the engineer will be there to guide you. If you're confident doing so, you can do this before the engineer arrives.

Orion Complete 200: 18-month minimum term applies. £28 per month with no price rises for 36 months from your activation date, provided you remain on Orion Complete 200. £30 activation fee.

eero Secure and Anytime Plus are included at no additional cost for 36 months from your activation date. Customers who remain on Orion Complete after the 18 month minimum term will continue to receive these services at no additional cost for the remainder of the 36 month promotional period. After the 36-month promotional period, prices may increase and standard charges may apply for eero Secure and Anytime Plus. Price commitment and included add-ons may end if you move to a different package.
