Thinking about a new challenge?

Our story

Gigaclear was created to bring fast, reliable full fibre broadband to rural communities that have been overlooked for too long. By building future-proof networks where others would not, we help people work, learn, connect, and live with confidence, wherever they call home.

Our flagship Head Office is based in Abingdon, Oxfordshire and supports a regional office in Witham, Essex and our Warehouse and Distribution centre in Swindon. With employees working mostly hybrid roles across these locations.

Award winning employer

Being named a Top Employer 2026 reflects what our people tell us matters most: a supportive culture, opportunities to grow, and a workplace where individuals are valued and trusted.

What to expect when you apply

Values defined by our people

Our values aren't written by a corporate team or dreamed up in a boardroom. They come directly from our employees, based on honest feedback from our annual employee survey. We listen, and we act on what we hear:

Find the right way

Thinking beyond what is easiest to make informed, ethical decisions that consider the wider impact on our colleagues, customers, and communities.

Own it

Taking responsibility for your actions and outcomes, showing pride in your work, acting with integrity, and doing what it takes to move things forward.

Work together

Working openly and respectfully with others to share responsibility, solve problems, and achieve better outcomes together.

Win together

Working towards shared goals while supporting each other and delivering meaningful value to our customers and communities.

We are an inclusive employer committed to equality and diversity, as evidenced by EDI being a top scorer in our annual employee engagement survey.

We welcome applications from candidates from all backgrounds. Should you require any reasonable adjustments with your application or at any point in the process please let us know, so we can see how we can make the necessary arrangements to accommodate your request.
