Terms and Conditions: November 2026

1. Advertised promotional prices only available to new Gigaclear customers at selected addresses within participating postcode areas where a Gigaclear connection point is ready for service. To access these offers, customers must either: enter an eligible postcode on gigaclear.com or place an order by calling the number shown on the mailing.

2. You qualify as a New Customer if at least 60 days have passed since services at the relevant property—previously received by you or any member of your household—were disconnected.

3. The 300Mbps package (which includes a WiFi 7 router), 3 months free then £19 per month, and the 900Mbps package (which includes a WiFi 7 Pro router and eero secure at no extra cost), 6 months free then £29 per month or £27 per month (depending on participating postcode), are only available to the first 2,500 customers per package who place an order before 7 December 2026. Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis, and will be withdrawn for the relevant package once 2,500 eligible orders have been received, even if this occurs before 7 December 2026. The 600Mbps package (which includes eero Secure at no additional cost) 3 months free then £24 or £25 per month thereafter (depending on participating postcode), is only available to eligible customers who place an order before 7 December 2026. The minimum term for each package is 18 months, inclusive of any free months.

4. The Nova 3000 is exclusive to selected eligible addresses and may not be available to all customers or in all locations. The 3000Mbps package (which includes eero Plus at no additional cost) 6 months free then £42 per month thereafter or £47 per month thereafter (depending on participating postcode), is only available to eligible customers who place an order before 7 December 2026. The minimum term for each package is 18 months, inclusive of any free months.

6. After the 18-month minimum term, the price will revert to the list price advertised for existing customers at that time. As of today, the list price is: 300Mbps at £51/month, 600Mbps at £63/month and the 900Mbps at £88/month.

7. Existing Gigaclear customers currently within their minimum term who wish to upgrade to any of these packages will be charged the following prices: 300Mbps at £51/month, 600Mbps at £63/month and the 900Mbps at £88/month.

9. Free activation & standard installation included on all packages.

11. Average speeds listed are achievable by at least 50% of users on a wired connection at peak times. WiFi speeds may vary.

14. Home Phone: Evening & Weekends plan at £6/month on a 1 month rolling contract, includes unlimited calls to UK landlines on evenings (Monday - Friday, 7pm-7am) and weekends (all day). Out of plan call charges apply.

15. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer.

16. If for any reason any element of this offer is not available, Gigaclear reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another offer for it, of equal or greater value.
