When does the engineer visit charge apply?
We book an engineer specifically for your installation. If the visit can't go ahead because of something on your side, we may charge £75 to cover the cost of the wasted visit. This includes when:
you cancel or rearrange your appointment with less than 24 hours notice
nobody aged 18 or over is at the property when our engineer arrives
our engineer can't get into the property, or is refused access
the address or access details you gave us are incorrect
the work can't be carried out safely because of conditions at the property e.g. no power, unsafe working area
