Step-by-step guide to downloading the eero app and creating your account

A smartphone with mobile data and Bluetooth turned on (If you don’t have access to a data connection, see our workaround instructions here)
eero iOS app or Android app on your phone - we will show you how to do this below.
An email address and phone number to activate and sign in to your account
Cable or DSL modem.
When you open the eero mobile app, you'll be prompted to create an eero account through a guided setup process.
Open the eero mobile app and tap the 'Get started' button.
You can log in with your existing Amazon account or create an eero account.
If creating a new account, enter in your information.
Select your country from the dropdown list, review the Terms & Conditions, and tap 'Confirm' to proceed.
A verification code will be sent to your email. Enter the code to validate your account.
Your eero account should now be set up, and you can tap 'Start setup' to begin.
