Complete the form below to remove your Speed Boost. We require 7 days' notice, so your cancellation will take effect 7 days after we receive your request. Until then, you'll keep your boosted speed and be billed as normal. After that date, your connection and bill will return to your standard package.

Removing the Speed Boost does not affect your core broadband contract. Once we've processed your request, we'll send confirmation of your cancellation by email.
