How to update your email address
The guide will explain how to update your email address.
Please note:
If your customer number begins with 'C' you can use this guide to change your email address.
If your customer number starts with 'G' you will need to give us a call.
Enter your username
Your username will be your customer number followed by @gigaclear.com.
For example, if your customer number is C1234567, your username will be C1234567@gigaclear.com.
Enter your password
If you do not remember your password, click on the ‘Forgot your password?’ link and follow the instructions provided to reset it.
Select 'My Details'
Once you're logged in, navigate to the ‘My Details’ section of your portal.
Update your email address
In the 'My Details' section, locate your email address and edit it to your new preferred email. After making the change, be sure to click on the ‘Update’ button to save your changes.
