  1. Advertised prices only applicable to new Gigaclear customers placing orders for a residential package.  For selected properties with a ready for service connection point only or non-live Gigaclear properties within a Gigaclear selected pre-order build area.
  2. If your property is part of a Gigaclear planned build area to receive a service connection point and are not yet able to place an order or pre-order for service, please register your details in order to be notified once the service is available to you. The advertised prices may change at the time your connection point is available. Please check gigaclear.com for the most up to date products available. 
  3. All offers are subject to the Residential Customer Terms and Conditions

  4. After the 18-month minimum term period, the price per month will revert to the list price advertised for existing customers at that point in time. As at today that list price is 200Mbps package at £40 per month, 300Mbps package £44 a month, 600Mbps package at £59 a month and 900Mbps package at £79 a month. 
  5. Existing Gigaclear customers who are currently within their minimum term and would like to upgrade to the 200Mbps package will be charged at £40 a month, 300Mbps package will be charged £44 a month, 600Mbps package will be charged at £59 and the 900Mbps package will be charged at £79 and will enter into a new 18 month minimum term. 
  6. On or after the 1st October every year from October 2023 we’ll increase the monthly price of your broadband Service by the Consumer Price Index (CPI) published by the Office for National Statistics in July of that year plus 3.5%. If the published CPI figure is negative, we’ll only increase your prices by 3.5% in the relevant year. Other prices, content and terms may also change during your contract.
  7. All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. 
  8. All broadband packages include free standard installation and activation. 
  9. If you do not qualify for free standard installation, you will be liable for the quoted installation charge for a non-standard installation. Please visit www.gigaclear.com/installation for more details. 
  10. Average speeds listed, achievable by at least 50% of users on a wired connection at peak times. Wi-Fi speeds may vary. 
  11. Smart WiFi requires 1 x Gigaclear powered by Linksys router and 1 x additional node. For more information see www.gigaclear.com/smart-wifi. 
  12. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotional offer. 
  13. If for any reason any element of an offer is not available, Gigaclear reserves the right, at its sole discretion to substitute another offer for it, of equal or greater value. 
  14. For Pre-Orders only, Gigaclear will only be bound to provide the Service once we have confirmed that the Gigaclear Network is ready to be connected to your property. You may, at any time before receiving your final Order Confirmation, terminate your pre-order if you are no longer residing at the property in respect of which you have placed the pre-order for service, provided that you notify us of your move in writing to support@gigaclear.com and supply evidence to demonstrate this.
